Thank you for commissioning me, @kyletarttip! This policy list is set in place to ensure a streamlined process and avoid miscommunication between the artist and the client. By messaging me, the artist, through either Discord or TikTok, you agree to the terms and conditions set by me, the artist. These terms are NON-NEGOTIABLE, and the artist reserves the rights to deny the request for art if they are not met. I WILL do humans, hybrids, complicated designs, yumeships, mirrorships/selfcest, humanized versions of characters, and I WONT do illegal content, darkships, antro, animals, babies/children, nsfw, gore, mecha, chibi, complicated backgrounds/poses. The art will be expected to be completed in a couple hours to a couple days and a fee of the lowest of 30 robux and the highest of 150 robux can be paid upfront to quicken this process. Alongside this deadline, Kyle, the artist, will follow any requests to change the art before it’s finished. The final products will be delivered in digital form through Discord or TikTok. Payment will only be accepted through robux, and all other payment forms and methods are unacceptable and will be refused upon offer. Payment is expected to be sent in before the artist starts their work. I do not accept refunds- I am very sorry- so please check out my portfolio before ordering. The intellectual rights of the art belongs to the client with credit given to the artist. I, the artist, does not allow my work to be used in AI learning/training, generative AI, or the creation of NFTS. Commercial usage must be communicated upon request, but, it will still be free, so please let me know if you are going to use the work commercially.
